listings are not showing uo

It is now 4 days that 23 out of 260 listings show. also that number 23 change every 5-10 minute one it was 0.. they keep saying they will call 24-48 hours. Ouch what the heck is this legal I mean they are causing me lost of wages and hardship!! Help
