problem creating a sale in markdown manager

april 26 & 27. tried several time to create a sale in markdown manager. when is get to save and review it brings me back to the first page. i called ebay today and they haven't had anyone else call about this issue.

I have the same issue. Still can't create a markdown sale.

eBay has occasional delays/slow downs with markdown manager, typically around times of increased traffic like holiday weekends.

They prioritize the "buyer experience" for page load speed (make sure all of those ads load fast!). Markdown promotions take a lot of resources because the price revisions require eBay's systems to re-index those listings. 

Based on statements made by eBay, it is our belief that during times of increased traffic/load, eBay will queue the starting and ending of promotions and other compute intensive activities in order to divert all available resources to trying to keep the page load/"buyer experience" running as fast as possible.

We had major problems with it around Black Friday and it's happening to us again this weekend too.  eBay has told us it is "normal operation" for markdown promotions to take up to 24 hours to go live.

I have pretty much the same issue. My promos are starting but taking anywhere up to half a day or longer to load. I made a thread a few days ago, no one else reported it. Nice to know eBay clearly don't read these forums.

5/27/2020 I processed a promotion sales markdown this morning, and my is still "processing".

@downentrep0  - when we went through this back in October/November, eBay support on the phone and here in the community basically just shrugged their shoulders and said that it was normal experience for markdown promotions to take up to 24 hours to process. No amount of explaining to them how that was not at all "normal operating experience" made a difference.  They stuck to that answer and basically refused to even look into or acknowledge any reports of delays that weren't over 24 hours.

That is not truthful on their part!! I have posted the same issues over and over and everyone keeps saying same thing that they call Ebay and they tell them no one has reported it.
Anyone have another direct phone number for them the one i have is 866-540-3229 and only directs to online help. I have managed to chat and keep taking me to supervisor who tells me it is on our end. My end shows it is active and items selected. (not attaching to listings or showing sale banner)

Issues with markdown manager running % off!!! It goes Active but doesnt show on the listings.
