I’m a long-time eBay seller with a Top Rated Seller status. I used to have success with promoted listings, but for the past 6 months, my promoted listings have been getting no impressions or views at all. I’ve tried everything:   I increased my ad rate well above the suggested bid. My listings are fully optimized with good titles, descriptions, and photos. eBay support and their technical team have checked my account and said everything looks fine. My items are still not appearing in search results — even when I search for them using exact keywords.     It feels like something deeper is wrong, possibly with how my account or listings are being processed by eBay’s algorithm. A customer asked me if I sold a certain item and I sent them the item ID number   They put it in search to find my product and bought   But................the item came up as sold via promotions   I did this myself and the item only comes up as a sponsored item, hence I get charged   I scrolled further down to see if it was listed normally and it wasnt   Surely this is not on with Ebay? any direct searches by ID Number is not a promotion but sold as been a promoted item  ...
