After a bad experience I tried to opt out of Guaranteed Delivery but it is still there on my new listings, not just the old ones (I double checked Preferences and it still says "No".) I can't find a number to call ebay. What should I do now?
Even when a seller opts out of the program, ebay will still add it on to any listing they want. I've had them do it to mine and a couple times it caused problems for me.
