cannot find way to remove 3 day guarantee. seller

Guaranteed Delivery opt out failed

After a bad experience I tried to opt out of Guaranteed Delivery but it is still there on my new listings, not just the old ones (I double checked Preferences and it still says "No".) I can't find a number to call ebay. What should I do now?
