Royal Copenhagen Blue Fluted Plain lid

I have noticed some lids for RC dinnerware pieces (ex. Sugar bowl) have the piece number, wavy lines, and the artist initials but no green crown stamp. Is this because the lids are difficult to stamp, etc. or is it likely the lid is not RC? Thanks!

Studio Pottery ID Vase

I found this at an Illinois Estate Sale. Matte Glazed Redware Pottery, similar to Red Wing Nokomis Glaze. There is a mark on bottom. Size is 7 1/2" h x 6 1/4" w. Weighs 3 1/2 lbs. Please ID maker.
