If you use UPC in the search bar to do comps to list items sometimes it
will bring up zero results when there are actually items listed. If
someone is promoting the same item it will bring up zero and the
promoted item will show up if you scroll down...
When you search for a cd in my case, if only the "promoted" version
comes up it will read ZERO items found and not show the listing not
promoted. You will find the promoted listing if you scroll down. This
just started in the last like 20 minutes.
This has been a major site issues for many months. I get customers all
the time complaining about the issue. It was an open ticket with ebay a
month or so ago and it is still not fixed. I have lost thousands of
dollars because of this issue.
Very odd. Also today is another day where my stores seems to shut down
at 5pm central time. When the site has no issues I have sales every hour
of the day with over 78k items listed. The past two weeks have been a
mess of website issues.
It's like the waves I have had on my accounts. Ebay never had patterns
before and now it's clear there is something behind it beyond the
excuses sellers without experience like to say.
