my limits has been broken

When I go to seller hub and click on the payments tab it's staying on the overview tab

In other words the payments tab is broken right now for me and I'm wondering if this is a problem for other people too or just me?

Seller Limits Broken

Are your Seller Limits broken? I have 800K and products I can sell and am using 271K, but I can not list a single additional item. EBAY has been saying this is a problem for the last two months and nothing has changed. Anyone else?
