DELICIOUS Mugs in both I get a variety of different things other than

There are millions of sellers on ebay, most of whom, one assume can make
money even with the fees....... So the next question I would ask myself
in your position is did I pay too much for the item to make what I
"want", "expect" to make on the item. ...

Agree with others...........you set YOUR return policy to 30 days for
any reason....... so buyer wants to return within the 30 days. Don't see
how that is abusive. You could have set no returns which would not allow
returns for "changed my mind"........
