Now Best Offer Does Not Work!!

Now best offer does not work and all you get is a non-stop spinning wheel! The stupid inept monkeys are playing around again and making eBay more worse every day!

It is very sad and a shame that who are making all these changes are now ruining eBay, and making what was once a fun and profitable platform a now unusable, unprofitable, high fee, slow-paying POS. These people obviously do not use eBay and were most likely not even born back when we started sing eBay in the 90's.

What browser or app are you using? Desktop or mobile?

Are you making an offer as a buyer or seller?

At what point are you getting the progress ring? Before or after entering an offer amount?

There was recently an issue with making offers using a mobile browser in classic or desktop mode involving the software keyboard disappearing. In that case, switching to mobile mode or using the eBay app, or else using an actual desktop browser allowed offers to be submitted. Perhaps trying another mode might also work in this case.

Making an offer seems to be working for me using Firefox or Edge on a Windows 10 PC, at least as far as entering an offer amount.

I use an older PC desktop Windows XP but everything always worked fine up until now. I made offers all last week also. Now I enter the amount and hit submit as usual and it just spins then in Chrome. I tried FF which is an older version for my PC as that is what I used until now mostly, and Chrome as well, but eBay has made FF almost unusable now. If I click best offer it logs me out and bumps me to the top of the page now and says "sign in" in the upper left. Never had that before. But still does that when I click on a relisted item it logs me out every time and makes me play puzzle game captchas every time, even right after I just did it. Sometimes I upgrade to the latest FF browser but can only go so high on my older PC, and sometimes that does not even work.

Seems that eJoke is now catering to phones which I do not use, or newest versions of windows which I also do not use, as they are trash and do not allow you to use old files and play older games because they want you to keep upgrading and buying new ones, just like phones. But I refuse to do so since I have 25 years worth of files on my older PC and I am not switching to a new one just for eBay when everything else still works fine, and almost ever other site still works fine. The only problem is with eBay, as always.

I just tried FF again and upgraded it and now it appears to work or at least I can enter an offer now but I did not submit it so I am not sure if it will submit but I assume it will as before I could not even get that far. But I should not even have to go through this hassle as the versions I use now worked for years until eBay started making all of these unnecessary and stupid changes. Other sites do not work as well with the latest browser only eBay, so it is a huge waste of time constantly upgrading and downgrading just so I can get eBay to work, and most stuff still does not work even when I do that.

Perhaps clean the actual cobwebs from your PC?

There are no cobwebs in my PC, perhaps you should clear them out of your head? It is very clean as I built it long ago. So if it is the system why did it work fine for over 20 years until eBay made all of these changes? Why does every other site still work fine? Always funny though how the unknowledgeable always blame people's systems on here regardless of the evidence, and the fact that everything always worked previously. I build PC's so I know every thing there is to know about them, far more than you ever will know; and I know it is eBay that is at fault because even eBay worked fine for over 20 years until now. I have newer PC's but I am not switching to them just for eBay when I use older ones for my other files and over 20,000 games, but will not work on today's systems because they want you to be a puppet like FeeBay and buy the latest versions. So I guess FeeBay can just take the loss in sales.

Looks like Amazon and Etsy still work flawlessly, but it is my system though right? So why is all the issues always only on eBay? Have you read the forums and the loooooong list of complaints lately? 1,000's can't be wrong, wake up it is eBay as the site has become a joke and continues to get worse every day. You would think that a billionaire company would actually be intelligent enough to hire the right people to keep eBay working for everyone and every system just as it always did, yet they are now taking 5 steps back making it ususable and delaying payments for days, only further proving that money does not buy intelligence.
