Have you noticed that the initial 'reason' for the return is then
changed when you receive the item? Wondering if this is happening to
others. I once asked the buyer and they said 'no, I used 'XX' reason'
(which was different than the initial reason)...
Buyer has same ebay name, same real name, same address and system says
'tracking already used for another customer' even though the customer is
