Seller Invoicing (ERROR MESSAGE)

In selling section, system will not allow me to send invoices for payment. "states, error please try again later" I tried at 8pm EST and again at 230am EST, same error message comes up. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Order details page with several orders shows only first tax invoice

If order details page shows multiple order info sections, tax invoice link opens details only for the first order. It opens two PDFs as well, but they both show details from first order.
