ENDED TAB IS NOT WORKING FOR ME. WHEN I CLICK ENDED IT GOES TO UNSOLD WHICH IS NOT THE SAME. I ENDED LISTING AND COULDN’T RETRIEVE IT AS IT WAS NOT IN UNSOLD. I HAD TO SEARCH FOR EMAIL FROM A BIYER WHO ASKED ME WHILE AGO ABOUT THE ITEM TO GET THE ENDED LISTING. ANYONE LESE HAS ISSUE? ALSO I DON’T GET VIEWS TODAY AT ALL

Also does anyone have same issues? My sold listings stay active but show out of stock.i hadthem listed as 1 and only quantity without variations so as of today Ended tab is not working and sold items stay active out of stock. Am I the only one with such issues?

If your out of stock option is turned on, sold item will stay active for 3 months or until you end them.

Listings only stay in the unsold for a short time before they are permanently deleted.

I think I am misunderstand. it is just happening for 2-3 days. I ended item maybe 5 days ago . When i click „ended „ tab switches to unsold. Do you have the same issue. Can you go and click ended and look on the left what is bolded. My ended listing (because it was not available) was not in the unsold (the listing didn;t go through cicle and all my listing are active till sold). See screenshot.

I never had that problem before. I called Ebay about this issue couple days ago and they are clueless and make tickets to IT. So where do I go to turn off „out of stock”? I never had to do it and didn’y have issue of this sort but maybe it was activated with ebay messing with something.

Check your Site Preferences, the OOS option is there.

It's possible Ebay just turned it on, they like doing stuff like that.
