Selling item description will not save

I enter the item description, click to post and the description is then deleted and flagged as a problem, requiring the description to ge re entered. Then it happens again.

Can not report “Technical Issues”

Can not report “Technical Issues” to eBay since absolutely “NO” box appears to type a message after you click on “Report A Technical Issue” !!!!! Also, the “SEND” button appears “Gray Colored” and doesn’t work too !!!!!
