Notification bell is not working for several days

There are 2 things that I'm having problems with right now. The notification bell and I no longer am able to see my sales.... When I click the bell I receive this message "We ran into a problem and can’t show your notifications right now" In regards ...

I tried to print a label for a postcard that I sold and it is showing USPS Ground Advantage as the shipping method. It usually automatically shows eBay Standard Envelope. Never had this problem before.... is it a glitch in the system? Is anyone else ...
