seller hub active listings not showing up under listing tab

Send offer to interested buyer glitch

Looks like started a few days ago. When I have an interested buyer and I send an offer I get back an error message with "retry" button and when I click on that there is no interested buyer any more.

Listing under Pricing the see how other sellers priced it
