They might be able to funnel 2 payments methods through paypal but it is
really not your problem - the time to ask these questions is BEFORE you
bid. They probably have a limit on their debit or checking for security.
Sounds like negative feedback has been earned by a bad seller. They
totally lied to you, a seller can refund the entire amount through the
seller's order page I think for 90 days while it is still live.
Actually, the citizens of the Republic of the Marshall Islands are not
