Store Template | Not Working

Hi, I recently a bought a store template, followed all the instructions but still not working.I have selected custom header and pasted the code but it's displaying the default layout. Could anyone suggest me, what can be done now? Thanks.

Messages not working

None of my last messages are showing in Sent Messages and the person is not replying. WHAT THE HELL, EBAY? Why is this still not fixed?! Also, really slow ebay connection half the time; no connection problems elsewhere!

Watch list not loading

Haven’t been able to access my watch list for about 10 hours now. An error page comes up and says ebays server is down. Status code =500. Anyone else having this problem?

As above, been searching for years , 1971 challenger parts. Usually over 100,000 items are listed, now 1200. Called Ebay and told first ever heard of it and will work on it. Its been two days.

New app SUCKS !!!!!

It is horrible! It takes me so much time to relist item because the app automatically changes my previous listing. Grrrrrr....郎郎郎郎why EBay changes sth that was working great?!?! 臘‍
