having issues entering ounces, keeps going back to 1, was trying to enter 10 ounces, kept saying 2.96 for 10 oz which I know is wrong, after a dozen tries of updating 10 oz., it finally updated. what a pain.

For multiple purchases or any instance when the new label page dos not have the info or options you need or it is just not working right! The best thing to do is go back to the old page. In the URL look for and delete new_label. Then past in back_to_classic. If you get a page can not be found message there is a error in the URL.

It depends ... going back to the old page page does not work here os certain OS systems ... nor having the old URL that "used" to work doesn't unless they changed it unannounced again. It may be tied to different OS systems ... for example the Classic label printing page is STILL the default page on Windows 7.0 but NOT on Windows 8.1 here. We have 3 different IDs all running on 3 different computers ... the Windows 8.1 unit tends to have the new and stupid, space wasting and less functional Kindergarten designed page layouts (yes, I am being sarcastic for good reason) get "locked" as the default more then the other computers.
