Volume Pricing in BULK EDIT doesn't appear to be working

I was happy to see that Volume Pricing was added to BULK EDIT.  I used it for 10 listings, but it does not appear to be working.  Is it working for others?

Didn't eBay have a offer for a reduction on final value fee's with volume pricing last week?  Great timing for this glitch that is for eBay.

See my thread, site is throwing "volume pricing" errors on listings that don't have volume pricing.  Another day, another bug.

Yes.  I opted into that offer, so that is why I am trying to add it to current listings.

I did not see if the offer was only for brand new listings, or listings that have rolled over.

I went to a couple of the listings that I used bulk edit to add volume pricing.  It does not display on the listing.  I click to Revise the listing, scrolled down to the bottom, and the option is checked.  Decided to Submit again, and it still doesn't work.

I don't get any errors.  It just doesn't work.
