Error saving a normal everyday listing

"There was a problem adding or updating volume pricing. You can try again by editing your listing or visiting Promotions manager."

The listing has no volume pricing and I don't use it, ever.  The item is also not included in any promotions or promoted listings.

I see that message now and again, I know exactly what you are talking about.  So far I just ignore it, and things seem to be working fine.
