All of my items in my purchase history and bids/offers have disappeared...

Awaiting dispatch not showing orders

Hi When I go to my seller eBay account in the Awaiting dispatch window it is showing 0 orders, but there are orders, when I hover over the bell on the top of the screen it shows 8 items to be posted.Please help

Search Modifications/

Is it ebay or my computer. When I search for items and try to modify the search in the left hand column like sold items I get no response. Is it my computer or Ebay?

We have a Premium store, 1000 free insertions per month, $.10 per inception after. We are currently at exactly 223 insertions for the month of September, but as of Friday, September 11, 2020, we have getting charged the per listing $.10 insertion fee...
