After clicking on "add tracking number", it loads the next page that has a box for tracking number and a box for shipping carrier.
I enter the number in the "Tracking" box, then go to the the "Carrier" box where normally after typing the first letter of the shipping company a drop down list of several different carriers will appear but currently it doesn't.
I tried manually typing in the carrier name but when I hit the "save" button nothing happens.

I'm having the same issue. I am unable to add a valid tracking number. No error messages appear but the save button does nothing.
