I tried to update some quantities Monday. No revisions can be saved and a red error message up top says this after pushing the "Update listing" button
It looks like there's a problem with this listing.- Size is not allowed as a variation specific.
I called in Monday afternoon and was told it was a system issue and would be fixed within 12 hours. I was instructed to call back if not fixed by then. It still wasn't fixed today so I called in again. Now it's an issue that has been escalated to the highest level for me and would be fixed this month. Huh? These are listings I've been using for years.
Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty?
