What's going on with Paypal..can't complete my checkout lately..keeps spinning..then goes to my summary page with my balance!..never did that before..talked to eBay rep..and was told it's not on my end..Why don't they just fix this!?

My ebay is not working. Not sure if you are upgrading but it has been out for a couple of day. Looks weird, not on computer page, a lot of large dark arrows and I cant search.

Cannot Upload Photos On My eBay!

What is going on with the photos? I listed an item, and it is taking all day to load the photos onto My eBay. It just buffers and never completes the task. I am using my computer to list. Anyone else having this problem? It has been going on for hour...
