This is definitely a requested eBay improvement. eBay used to just lump
the Colorado retail delivery fee in Sales Tax, even though it was not a
sales tax.
I am printing the same way you are. I also do not see eBay offering a
Print option for the order details, which might be a good way to fix the
data truncation problem.
Today I discovered that clicking the up pointing arrow at the top of
shipping information removed the shipping information. That is a relief,
as it meant there was a normal order to print.
