I can't login to ebay

When I try to list or update any of my listings I am directed to the login page and it tells me that I'm not using the correct password but I know that I 'm using the correct one. Is this happening to anyone else?

I am unable to accept a counteroffer from a buyer.

A buyer submitted a counteroffer and when I accepted the offer, I keep getting a message that reads, "There is an issue processing your request." This has been going on since last night. Please advise.
