So far, I have about 30 orders within the past 2 weeks with this issue. I use Shipstation and those orders failed to accept the tracking numbers. When I go in and manually try to enter them, it looks as if it worked but instead, it just gets marked as shipped without the tracking applying to it.
Is anyone else having problems with this? I contacted eBay 3 times about this and they told me each time that eBay is aware of this issue, but I'm not seeing anybody else complain about this in the community.
I don't trust the eBay reps because in the past when they said they'd "notate the issue so that I don't get a defect", the defects still came in and no other rep I spoke to would resolve the defects for me.
