Freaking eBay App LOADING glitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fix this glitch. It keeps "loading/reloading" then says Protocol error and sends you backwards... NOTHING HAS BEEN LOADING FOR 30+ mins and we've done everything from restarting app to phone!!!!!!!!!!

Have come across a strange issues over the last couple of weeks. We no longer receivee emailsd from eBay to notify us of a return request. Any one else having this issue?

Description is grey/blank square with saying it has moved elsewhere???
