Item details not showing

I have 238 items on eBay. But when I go into the "Manage Active Listings" page, all I see are the photographs and nothing else. If I go into the Edit part, everything is checked as it should be. But item descriptions, shipping cost, etc. are not show...

Is there some method of requesting ebay agents to fulfill specific request from buyers?
