I have 238 items on eBay. But when I go into the "Manage Active Listings" page, all I see are the photographs and nothing else. If I go into the Edit part, everything is checked as it should be. But item descriptions, shipping cost, etc. are not showing. It wasn't like this before. Any idea why this is happening and how to correct it?

I clicked on a couple dozen of your listings and they appear complete (and quite professional) to me. Which is one of the listing numbers/title in question?

Try holding down the shift key and reloading the page to bypass the cache copy of the page.
If that does not help, try another browser.
If the page loads fine in another browser, try clearing your cache and eBay cookies in your original browser. Temporarily disable add-ons to see if one is causing a problem; sometimes an overly aggressive ad blocking rule can have unanticipated consequences.
Otherwise, try using a different page to manage your active listings.

I may have just figured out what's happening. If you're under Seller Hub/Manage Active Listings page... look to your right at the 'Customize' hot button. Click that and you can arrange the fields, so that you can see what you want to see. There are about 2 dozen fields to choose from... I have 8 columns (Shipping cost/End date/Watchers, etc.) that I selected/'ticked'.
Hope this helps.

I have tried that a dozen times, and it doesn't do anything. Thanks anyway.
