eBay

I have found a seller promoting fraud and trying to steal identities on ebay. How do you report the seller so others are not conned out of money or have their identities stolen?

eBay is rounding up my sales tax but not rounding down if less than 1/2 cent. I know I should not complain about a penny but I hate paying any more than I have too for anything especially in tax. I recently ordered 3 items Item 1 - sales tax is $9.49...
