1. The community doesn't appear have any actual ability or authority to fulfill any specific request.
2. Is there some method of requesting ebay agents to fulfill specific requests from buyers?
3. Auto-response is not fulfilling any request.

The community is primarily composed not of eBay agents, but of other users: users asking and answering questions about various eBay problems, sharing tips, tricks, workarounds and best practices.
There are a small number of folks who work for eBay -- who have "eBay" in their usernames -- that rarely participate in discussions except when called upon to answer narrow policy questions, and a handful of people who work for Khoros, the company that runs the discussion boards, who serve as moderators rather than as participants in discussions.
The discussion boards seem to work best if you actually ask specific questions about what you are trying to do, rather than making oblique references to "agents" and "requests". Other than a general question about contacting eBay which has been asked and answered elsewhere in your other recent threads, you have not really given others anything to work with.

What is your request?
If it is past the estimated delivery date and you don't have your item OR if you received an item that doesn't match the description, you can open a case in the Resolution Center here:
http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/
If it's something else, describe what you need help with and someone will likely be able to steer you in the right direction.

The community isn't composed of eBay employees. This is a member-to-member support group composed of, just like it says, eBay members.
You've asked about this now in several vague ways in several different posts.
If you want help regarding some specific issue, how about returning and detailing that issue?
Or there IS the Help & Contact link at the bottom of any page.
