MY eBay Sold doesn't show orders with 2 items as being delivered.

On the My eBay Sold the page doesn't show that both items in the order were Delivered??? This is a scary flaw.  2 different items ordered together and only one says delivered, the other says shipped.  They BOTH need to say shipped.  If you go to the tracking the one that says Shipped says it was delivered.   The new pages are a disaster.  NO HOVERING to see the whole title  You have to click on the item to see the whole title.  Nightmare!

If you shipped them together, did you add the tracking number to the other item?  If it says that, please forgive me but I can't see that small print.

Yes, one order (they must have used the shopping cart) shipped together and was together on PayPal, so they got the same tracking.  This is a Glitch on eBay's Software!

Does that tracking number show up on both items?  I don't see how a tracking number, once delivered, would not show that status.  When I have received orders using the cart, they are grouped together in one transaction, not separated.

Because they were one order with one tracking number they are grouped together and when I click on tracking it shows delivered.  What is bugging me is that both items in one order with one Tracking Number  should say DELIVERED on the Sold Page.

Did you enter the tracking manually on the second order?

It isn't two orders.  It is one order with 2 different items.  The tracking was automatically entered when I printed the shipping label on Pay Pal.  It is One Order.  You can see by the photo that it is one order.

The item that you printed a label for will update automatically... but eBay doesn't know you've added two items to one order. You need to manually upload the same tracking number to the second item. Good luck.

No.  That isn't the problem!  I don't have to manually upload the tracking number for the other item!   It is the same tracking number for both items in the transaction!   Pay Pal Automatically put the tracking number on both items for each order.  When I click on the one that says "Shipped" it says DELIVERED!   What I am trying to get across is that it is EBAY'S  software that is screwed up!  They should both say delivered one order/transaction, 2 items in each order same tracking number!  !

There is no place to add the tracking number on the "shipped" item, because it already says Delivered when I click on it.   eBay's software is not being consistent (As is their usual)!  THEY SHOULD BOTH SAY DELIVERED!

What happens when you hit 'Edit tracking' on the two orders that just say 'Shipped'?

I tried to edit it.  It gives the same tracking number I click save, and it still says Shipped, instead of Delivered.     The new my eBay pages have so many glitches.  And it has been up for years.  You would think they would have them all resolved by now.

Well, thank you for checking on it. I have to admit... yours is a glitch I've never experienced. When I add the tracking number to other items in a multi-item Order, the delivery information always stays consistent. Dang...
