I am attempting to leave positive feedback to customers who have purchased 2 separate items. When I do I get this error message," We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again." How can I resolve this issue?

eBay checkout has been down for the past several hours.

eBay checkout has been down for the past several hours. Only the checkout page become unresponsive. Cannot complete any purchase transactions. Anyone else experiencing this problem?Definitely not on our end. All other pages load without issue.
