Got a 1099k form thats not mine but is my address.

So I got this form from ebay today and a first I was really confused because I don't sell anything on Ebay, I only buy things. Then I noticed that the name while close to mine is wrong,  the last 4 of the social or TIN isn't mine and the account number isn't either. All the "sales" 89 transactions occured in one month May last year for about 3,600 bucks then nothing else.  It's clearly a fraud account that someone made, question is what do I do with this form now? The only thing about it thats actually  correct is my last name and address.
