i have my own opinion on this Gucci bag, but can the experts take a
look? Seller is fighting refund to the buyer. Buyer is wanting a Return
on an item They "think" is not authentic What more can i do then
reporting

Since you have a no return policy, you cannot deduct anything from the
buyers refund.
Thats some strange posts that are hard to understand. Ebay has a thirty
day MBG, all you had to do was file an item not as described and you
would have been refunded.
