i have my own opinion on this Gucci bag, but can the experts take a
look? Seller is fighting refund to the buyer. Buyer is wanting a Return
on an item They "think" is not authentic What more can i do then
reporting

Had you been the buyer in this transaction, receiving an item not as
described, you would probably feel differently, and happy that Ebay had
your back.

The seller would have to send the jacket to your registered address,
since your id was thanked. Have you checked your account to see if your
address was changed? Otherwise the jacket would be sent to you.
