I talked with "help" earlier. Couldn't give me any answers as to when
things will get straightened out. They were kind enough to send me an
email survey I don't know if it will help or not, but felt good to vent
on them! I will keep calling them ever...
I just got off the phone with Ebay (again) They are aware of the issue
but I get the impression it is not a very high priority for them. I
would suggest talking to a live person to make sure they are aware of
the problem. I plan on doing it at least ...
