Import Photos to eBay Listing

I can't import photos to My Listing. Worked great for four months. I have spoke with eBay going on eight days. Still have the same problem. I can see the Notification on my iPad, but when I click on it, it simply disappears.Help!

template problems

I can't seem to edit a current template or add a new template. I update the changes that are needed and then when I hit save, it just keeps spinning. I tried rebooting. I tried using Google Chrome and Edge. Is there a glitch somewhere?
