The subject is the message I received when trying to counter an offer on one of my items.This is the first time I've seen this, is it new or a glitch?
I stopped receiving emails about 12 hours ago and was just chatting with support for over an hour with no resolution.
I have noticed on some of my items the item description is missing and some others they look normal.Is anyone else having this problem?
