I've never head of that. I've had this eBay store for a very long time
and have never encountered an issue sending a large amount of offers in
a days time.
They made one previous offer, I countered that and then they sent
another offer. When I went to counter that offer I got this error. You
get up to five offers so I'm confused why this popped up.My only options
were to let the offer expire, decline it...
