with that date and the rate changed, so if u can create your shipping
label(s) today Oct 4, go for it
Is it correct that eBay shows my quantity return rate as 4 returns, even
tho 2 were closed due to buyers changing their mind, so therefore not
returning? and eBay acknowledges closing the 2 returns and don't know
if 4 returns are being held against...
