I stopped receiving emails about 12 hours ago and was just chatting with support for over an hour with no resolution.

I am having the same issue. Glad I am not the only one. At first I thought it was on my end. After checking and testing my email accounts, I realized all my stores were having this issue. Hoping it is resolved quickly.
