Error creating Invoices with 20+ items.

Anyone else experiencing issues when trying to send an invoice to a customer with a decent amount of items?

After calculating shipping and hitting "Send Invoice" button, everything greys out for a few seconds and then get the error at the top of the page:

Something went wrong. Please try again later.

HI-I ran into this over the weekend and posted on the eBay.ca site under my selling account. It sounds like the same issue. I did find a bit of a workaround. Ebay.ca were aware and the techs were working on it.

Hi-I have been trying to send a combined invoice for a couple of days but the invoice does not go through. When I push send the screen gets a greyish finish and when I scroll back up to the top of the invoice page I get a red banner with Something went wrong. Please try again later.

I called ebay and they said it had already been reported to the tech team and that they are working on it but that was yesterday and I still cannot send the invoice. I have tried breaking it down into fewer items and changing the postal settings but that didn't work either. I am working on a laptop computer and usuing Chrome. Does anyone else have this issue and is there a work around? Many thanks.

As a continuation of the thread and as a summary of several conversations-- . Ebay said they are working on it but that the seller is able to pay if he goes via the shopping cart and in the one of two instances the postage that I was trying to include in the invoice had got added and was correct. The buyer is definitely able to pay if you send him a message to checkout via the shopping cart but you may have to adjust via a refund.

I never did receive a copy of the invoice despite requesting a copy via the button via normal channels but after he paid I was able to print one off. 

I hope this helps, I spent a few hours on it over the weekend and had several talks with ebay Canada. I was paid for both combined invoices I was trying to send and it did work out in the end.
