Same here....but mine were saved drafts that I was going to list tonight, tried everything no luck. Then I clicked the check box under resume draft and it took me to the "new listing tool".
I managed to get 2 new listings up, but very time consuming for me.
In my case I think they permanently switched me over to the new listing tool, no way of going back to the old way that I can see of, not dots in the upper right corner like before.
Not sure if that is what the other sellers are experiencing, just thought I would add my "work around" if it helps anyone.
