Only on my desktop I am getting repeated error messages that say “Our server failed to respond to your query.” Is there a fix for this. Thank you

NO notifications (email) from eBay

I have received NO email notifications since mid-August ( watchlist, buyer details including item and tracking info). Have notified eBay at least 5 X's. I am told they will fix the problem and yet time after time it is not fixed.
