I was under the impression that I needed to link my bank info. When trying to do so, I get redirected to finish my account setup. Fine. For two days I have made it to the account linking page and the system errors out. This has to be an eBay issue. I have tried multiple computer systems, all get to the end of account set up and error out with "technical issues".
