I'm getting "Secure Connection Failed" when trying to access my messages.

QR codes wouldn’t work at post office for shipping labels

Tried to print two different labels using QR code and neither worked. Error message said no label. Not knowing it was a QR code issue, I requested refunds on the two labels and just printed one out using another label broker.
