Why am I not getting email notices on some purchases and payments? I'm missing 5 or 6 over the past 2 days.

You are not alone, as there are multiple threads about this issue.  It is happening to me, too.  Hopefully Ebay gets it fixed quickly.

Same problem here in Montana - over past three days I am missing at least a third of my email notices.  Have to go through seller hub to proof up my sales and payments.  Hope they resolve this before much longer.

1. Go into your communication preferences and check the box for "item sold" emails. eBay (probably in error) unchecked it for everybody a few days ago.

2. On top of that there's a larger issue where emails aren't coming through for sales, shipping labels, QR codes, buying alerts, and more. You'll have to wait for eBay to fix that.

I suggest anybody experiencing this problem should use the very easy method for reporting a technical problem as outlined here:

The more people reporting, the more likely eBay is to prioritize a fix.

It's a technical issue which Ebay needs to fix.

Strange stuff. I am seeing it on purchases,

Make 7 purchases.

Only get emails for 6 of them.

Purchase history confirms all purchases.
