Not Getting Paypal Paid Notices

Is anyone else not getting Paypal Paid notices? For the last three days I haven't received paid notices for the items I have sold but if I go to my Paypal account it shows them as paid.

filter Parts Only items

Is there any way to filter out items listed as Parts Only while searching. Some cell phone listings have at least 20 Parts Only to 1 functional phone.
