If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and having problems with the main eBay page hanging or causing Explorer to crash, try using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Opera instead. If you can't use another browser, you can try bookmarking the eBay sitemap page and using that rather than going to the main eBay page (which is apparently causing problems for users of IE11 lately):

Yes, the Homepage has a coding error that won't allow many eBay users to sign-in (depending on the browser and Windows version you're using).  I'm trying to drive this issue to a resolution (vs. the typical work-around).

Alan, the Community Boards Manager, is assisting to escalate this.

For a work-around .... you can sign-in at another eBay page (other than the Homepage) and this should work.  You may still get a temp. hang-up.  If you do, close the page and reopen and continue the sign-in process.
